We recommend putting your complaint in writing where possible to ensure clarity and a thorough investigation.<\/p>\n

What Happens Next<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once we receive your complaint, we will:<\/p>\n

  1. Acknowledge your complaint<\/strong> within 2 working days.<\/li>\n
  2. Investigate the issue fully<\/strong>, which may include reviewing your patient records and consulting relevant team members.<\/li>\n
  3. Respond with a full reply<\/strong> or update within 20 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the investigation is likely to take longer than this, we will inform you and explain the reason for the delay.<\/p>\n
