Our 24/7 Prescription Collection Machine is fitted to the outside wall of the pharmacy, so your prescription is available to collect whenever you need it, without needing to plan your day around our opening times.

How The Collection Machine Works
Order your prescription with us as normal, whether that’s a repeat prescription, an electronic prescription from your GP, or one you’ve dropped off in person. Once it’s ready, our team loads it into the machine and sends you a text or email with a unique collection code.
When you arrive, simply enter your code (or scan the barcode, depending on your notification) at the machine outside the pharmacy, and your prescription is dispensed straight to you. No staff assistance is needed, and there’s no limit on what time of day or night you collect.
Good to know: if your prescription needs a face-to-face conversation with a pharmacist, for example a new medicine or a dosage change, our team will still contact you directly before it’s loaded into the machine.
