What Is The Minor Ailments Scheme?
The Minor Ailments Scheme lets registered patients visit us directly for advice and treatment of common, low-risk conditions, rather than booking a GP appointment. It’s a straightforward way to get the right care quickly for things like coughs, colds, aches, and minor skin complaints, all under the NHS, free of charge for eligible patients.

How To Access The Scheme
If you’re registered with the scheme, simply come in and speak to a member of our team about your symptoms. We’ll ask a few quick questions, offer advice, and provide treatment where suitable, free of charge. If your symptoms need more specialist attention, we’ll point you in the right direction.
